Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the Designated Agent above. Your notice must include:

  3. Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (URL)

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the Designated Agent. It must include:

  2. Identification of the removed material and its prior location
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which we may be found)

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
