30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on Premium Reports.

If you are not satisfied with your report, email support@retail-front.store within 30 days of purchase with your PayPal transaction ID.

Refund Processing

We review all refund requests within 7 days of receipt. Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days of approval.

Conditions

Refunds are issued at our discretion if the report failed to generate due to our error. We may decline refunds if:

• You have downloaded the PDF and distributed it publicly
• You have exceeded 3 re-uploads
• We detect fraud or abuse

EU Consumers

If you are an EU consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This guarantee does not limit that right.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend your account pending resolution.
